Reception of citizens

On December 3, ROMAN FYODOROVICH KOLTSA, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, will hold a personal reception of citizens, individual entrepreneurs, and heads (representatives) of legal entities from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
