About autumn fires
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection reminds that administrative liability is provided for illegal burning of dry vegetation, standing crops, as well as stubble and post-harvest residues in fields, or for failure to take measures to extinguish fires.
It is established by Article 16.40 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses and amounts to from 10 to 30 basic units.
