Results of the republican competition for the best publication on environmental topics

The first stage of the competition for the best publication on environmental topics was held in the nomination "Our Common Home" in the categories: students, amateurs, professionals.

A total of 20 works were submitted for consideration: essays, articles, reports, reviews, sketches, notes, and comments on careful attitude towards nature, tidying up the land, improving the territories of settlements, waste management, protection of water resources, atmospheric air, fauna and flora, implementation of new technologies in environmental protection, preservation of natural monuments, and other materials on environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, which were published in republican, regional, city, and district print media in the period from May 15, 2024 to May 15, 2025.

When considering the works submitted for the competition, the completeness of the topic disclosure in the nomination, the number of works, the educational and social value of the publication, and the brightness and originality of the material presentation were taken into account.

Having reviewed the submitted works, the organizing committee determined the winners.

In the amateurs category, second place was awarded to MOISEYONOK Alla, Miory district, Disna city.
