About Giant Hogweed

Since April 30 of the current year, work has been carried out to control the spread and population of Sosnowsky's hogweed in the Miory district. The work is being carried out by two teams of employees of the institution "Vitebsk Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations". Chemical treatment of invasive plants with a mixture of terrasan and tornado 500 preparations is being carried out. In the first stage, the lands of the Miory and Uzmiony rural councils are covered by the work.
