Environmental protection statistics

By Resolutions of the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus No. 129, No. 130, No. 132 dated 11.10.2023, amendments have been made to the state statistical reports 1-water (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection), 1-air (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection), 1-waste (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection).

The adopted regulatory acts are aimed at bringing them into compliance with EcoNP 17.01.06-001-2017 "Environmental Protection and Nature Management. Environmental Safety Requirements", approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2017 No. 5-T (as amended).

The Instructions for filling out the forms of state statistical reporting establish the list of documents on the basis of which such reports are compiled, and also specify the person responsible for the compilation and submission of primary statistical data.

The report is submitted in electronic form using specialized software on the official website of the National Statistical Committee on the global computer network Internet using the "Electronic Respondent" software with the use of an open key certificate (GosSUOK electronic digital signature tool) issued within the State System for Managing Open Keys for Verification of Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Belarus.

Failure to submit state statistical reporting data entails administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 24.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
