On holding the republican information and educational campaign "Belarus – an Energy-Efficient Country"

       The Miory District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection informs that from November 8 to 11, 2023, the Department for Energy Efficiency is holding the republican information and educational campaign "Belarus – An Energy-Efficient Country" under the slogan "Switch on Energy Efficiency!", timed to coincide with the International Energy Saving Day, which is celebrated annually on November 11.

  The campaign is held in order to implement the provisions of Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2007 No. 3 "On Priority Directions for Strengthening the Economic Security of the State", the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2015 No. 239-Z "On Energy Saving".

       The purpose of the campaign is to raise public awareness of the importance of efficient use of energy resources, possible ways and methods of saving them, including in everyday life, which is a significant measure in improving the well-being of citizens and the economic growth of the country as a whole.

       Taking into account that increasing energy efficiency and implementing energy-saving measures largely depend on mobilizing everyone's efforts, the Department and the Miory District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection invite you to join the republican information and educational campaign "Belarus – An Energy-Efficient Country" and take an active part in it.
