ALL-BELARUSIAN MINUTE OF SILENCE. June 22 at 12:00 PM
On the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and Genocide of the Belarusian People, we remember:
every third person who died;
more than 11.6 thousand of our cities and villages that suffered from Nazi barbarians;
more than 216 villages burned to the ground by the fascists and not rebuilt to this day;
the innocent souls of women, the elderly, and children who, like us, dreamed, loved, made plans, and were ruthlessly destroyed for wanting to live peacefully on their native land...
We remember all those who perished from the atrocities of fascism in the most terrible war in human history, who, at the cost of their lives, stood firm, defeated the enemy, in the name of a peaceful future for those living today...
Belarus remembers. Pause for a moment and honor the memory of those to whom we owe our lives.
