On entry into force

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Natural Resources) informs that from March 1, 2023, Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources dated January 26, 2023 No. 2 "On Amending the Resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated March 25, 2022 No. 22" (hereinafter referred to as the Resolution) comes into force.

The adoption of the Resolution is aimed at regulating issues related to the implementation of administrative procedures for issuing permits for special water use, carried out by territorial bodies of the Ministry of Natural Resources upon applications from legal entities and citizens, including individual entrepreneurs.
