Miory District Executive Committee

Decision of January 23, 2026 No. 69 "On the establishment of the "one-stop shop" service of the Miory District Executive Committee"

Based on the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "On the Fundamentals of Administrative Procedures", paragraph 1 of Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 No. 108-Z "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus", guided by the Regulation on the procedure for the creation and operation of the "one-stop shop" service, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2018 No. 202, the Miory District Executive Committee DECIDED:

1. To establish a "one-stop shop" service in the Miory District Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the district executive committee) consisting of two people in the following composition:

Vitko Yulia Ivanovna – inspector of the legal department for handling citizens' and legal entities' appeals of the district executive committee;

Yurshevich Yana Mikhailovna – inspector of the legal department for handling citizens' and legal entities' appeals of the district executive committee.

2. To determine the location of the "one-stop shop" service at the address: Miory city, Dzerzhinsky str., building 17, on the first floor of the district executive committee building in office No. 38.

3. To assign the direct management of the organization of the "one-stop shop" service of the district executive committee to the head of the legal department for handling citizens' and legal entities' appeals of the district executive committee Sushko Zh.A.

4. To approve:

          The Regulation on the "one-stop shop" service of the district executive committee (attached);

          The Regulations of the "one-stop shop" service of the district executive committee (attached).   

5. To establish that:

         5.1. the distribution of responsibilities for carrying out administrative procedures upon applications of interested persons between the "one-stop shop" service and the structural divisions of the district executive committee shall be determined by decisions of the district executive committee;

         5.2. the distribution of responsibilities for carrying out administrative procedures upon applications of interested persons between specialists of the "one-stop shop" service and specialists of the structural divisions of the district executive committee (except for structural divisions of the district executive committee with the rights of a legal entity) shall be determined by orders of the chairmen of the district executive committee.

6. To declare invalid:

the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated November 26, 2018 No. 829 "On the creation of the "one-stop shop" service of the Miory District Executive Committee";

the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated April 8, 2019 No. 265 "On amending the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated November 26, 2018 No. 829";

the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated December 31, 2019 No. 988 "On the Regulations of the "one-stop shop" service";

the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated November 9, 2020 No. 861 "On amending the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated November 26, 2018 No. 829";

the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated February 4, 2022 No. 78 "On amending the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated November 26, 2018 No. 829";

the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated July 26, 2023 No. 514 "On amending the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated December 31, 2019 No. 988";

the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated July 15, 2024 No. 574 "On amending the decision of the Miory District Executive Committee dated November 26, 2018 No. 829".            

7. Control over the execution of this decision shall be assigned to the Administrator of Affairs – Head of the Department of Affairs of the District Executive Committee.
