More than 60 representatives from various fields have been awarded state awards and the Gratitude of the President of Belarus. The corresponding decree and order were signed on April 17 by the head of state Alexander Lukashenko, BELTA was informed by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
Orders, medals, and honorary titles have been awarded for many years of fruitful work, merits in the field of state border protection, achievement of high production indicators, significant personal contribution to strengthening interethnic relations, improvement of the tax system, communication facilities, development of agro-industrial and fuel and energy complexes, forestry, industry, and outstanding achievements in healthcare, education, culture, and sports.
The Order of Fatherland, First Class, has been awarded to the General Director of OJSC "Savushkin Product" Alexander Savchits. The Order of Honor has been awarded to the General Director of OJSC "Brest Meat Processing Plant" Pavel Bukhovetsky, Director of OJSC "Mozhelit" Vikenty Yermalionok, Professor of the Department of Therapy of the Institute for Professional Development and Retraining of Healthcare Personnel of BSMU Maryan Pristrom, Head of the State Institution "Main Department for Servicing the Diplomatic Corps and Official Delegations "Diplomatic Service" Valery Skakun, Director of the enterprise "Gefest-technika" Valentin Fisyuk, and a fitter for assembling metal structures at the Baranovichi Machine-Tool Plant Viktor Yatchenya.
The Chairman of the Minsk City Armenian Cultural and Educational Society "Ayastan" Georgy Egiazaryan has been awarded the Order of Francysk Skaryna.
The medal "For Distinction in Guarding the State Border" has been awarded to the Deputy Chairman of the State Border Committee Igor Pechen and the Head of Department of the State Border Committee Alexander Makarevich.
A large group of workers has been awarded the medal "For Labor Valor". Among them are the Head of the Substation Service of the "Molodechno Electric Networks" branch of RUP "Minskenergo" Alexander Bogushevich, Head of the Department for Control of Veterinary and Sanitary Quality of Animal Products of the Grodno Regional Veterinary Laboratory Taisiya Venskóvich, and Senior Lecturer
The Francysk Skaryna Medal was awarded to Irina Gorbatsivich, a computer science teacher at Gymnasium No. 1 in Brest, Andrey Guzel, director of the company "Musical Media Company," and Anna Lukashenko, general producer.
The decree also conferred honorary titles of the Republic of Belarus. Yulia Bykova, author and performer of songs, soloist of the group Aura, was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of Belarus. Alexander Shaitorov, director of the Mogilev Regional Center for Physical Education and Sports of Students and Pupils, was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Belarus," and Vladimir Khrolenko, director of OAO "Parokhonskoye," became an Honored Worker of Agriculture of Belarus.
Alexander Lukashenko also signed a decree on announcing the Gratitude of the President of Belarus. For many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, and significant personal contribution to the development of the country's energy system, a number of workers in this sector have been honored. Among them are Vyacheslav Dubovik, Deputy General Director for Economic and Financial Affairs of RUP "Minskenergo," Oleg Kundas, senior turbine operator of the turbine department of the turbine shop of the "Bobruisk TPP-2" branch of RUP "Mogilevenergo," and Andrey Moiseichik, master of the Kletsk district electric networks of the "Stolbtsy electric networks" branch of RUP "Minskenergo."
For many years of fruitful work in the emergency response bodies, high performance, and exemplary fulfillment of official duties, the Gratitude of the President was announced to Konstantin Gaishun, Deputy Head of the Republican Special Purpose Unit "ZUBR" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Maxim Kasho, Head of the Shklov District Department for Emergency Situations of the Mogilev Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ruslan Krukovich, Head of the Zavodskoy District Department for Emergency Situations of the Minsk City Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and Andrey Sosnovich, Head of the Shumilino District Department for Emergency Situations of the Vitebsk Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

For their contribution to the enrichment and development of the country's cultural potential, and for organizing and holding republican events, the following individuals have been awarded: Yevgeny Oleynik, General Director of Aura Production Company LLC; Vadim Gigin, General Director of the National Library of Belarus; Elena Krutolevich, Editor-in-Chief of the main information department of the Belarusian Telegraph Agency; Tatyana Kulakova, Deputy Director of Musical Media Company LLC; Elena Lobach, Director of Special Projects Directorate of Second National Channel CJSC; Agata Motsko, Production Director; and Ekaterina Petrutskaya, Deputy Minister of Education.
For many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, and significant personal contribution to the development of the agricultural sector, the President's Gratitude has been announced to Petr Voynovsky, leading engineer of the mobile mechanized column No. 19 (Zhabinka) of the Brestvodstroy enterprise. This award has been given to Alexander Rogachev, Director of the Research Institute of Physical and Chemical Problems of F. Skorina Gomel State University, for many years of fruitful scientific activity and a significant personal contribution to the development of Belarusian-Chinese cooperation, as well as to Vladimir Yermolich, asphalt paver operator of the Stolinskaya DSPMK-32 enterprise, for many years of fruitful work, high professionalism, and a significant personal contribution to the development of the road construction complex.
