At the meeting of the Council of the Miory District Federation of Trade Unions, the results of work were reviewed.

On March 1, a meeting of the Council of the Miora District Federation of Trade Unions was held, at which the results of work for 2022 were summarized and tasks for the current year were determined.

The meeting was attended by Igor Kuznetsov, Chairman of the District Executive Committee, and Yuriy Derkach, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Federation of Trade Unions.

Four district sectoral and 69 primary trade union organizations have been established in the Miora District, uniting 6,233 working members. One district agreement, four sectoral agreements, and 67 collective agreements are currently in force.

The results of the competition for the best primary trade union organization in the district have been summarized. The trade union organization of the "Povyatte" branch of the agricultural unitary enterprise "Cheresy" was recognized as the winner.

In the district competition for the best organization of occupational health and safety work, the Miora Meat Processing Plant and the Miora Central District Hospital were among the winners. Dina Plysko, an engineer at the Unitary Enterprise "Housing and Communal Services", was recognized as the best occupational health and safety specialist.

A letter of appreciation from the Chairman of the Miora District Executive Committee was awarded to Tatyana Sivko, Chairman of the trade union organization of the "Povyatte" branch, and Natalya Los, Chairman of the trade union organization of the Yaznoye Kindergarten.

Tatyana Konstantinova, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of the "Rosinka" sanatorium, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Vitebsk Regional Federation of Trade Unions.

Sofia Tsyrkina, Chief Specialist of the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the District Executive Committee, spoke about the cooperation between trade union committees and employers in preventing occupational injuries in district organizations.

Svetlana Karpeza, Chairman of the trade union committee of the Central District Hospital, shared her experience in organizing excursion and tourism activities.

The event participants visited the Limited Liability Company "Metalloprokatnaya Kompaniya".
