Deputy of the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Sivko held a citizens' reception at the Grodno City Executive Committee.
A resident of Dysna, patriot Eduard Tereshko, addressed him regarding the preservation of historical memory. Eduard Kazimirovich noted that on the anniversary of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, it is more important than ever to highlight the role of the Dysna line, which was part of the Polotsk fortified region, and where the heroic-patriotic complex is located today. For it was precisely here that the fascists first encountered stiff resistance.
