Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Alexander Subbotin, Chairman of the Regional Federation of Trade Unions Elena Nefyodova, Chairman of the Committee on Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Regional Executive Committee Boris Efremov, Head of the Regional Department of the State Labor Inspectorate of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection Yakov Zhulev, and First Deputy Head of the Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Andrey Gavrilenko are participating in the ceremonial event.
