The direct line and reception of citizens at the Miory District Executive Committee were conducted by Vladimir Yurgievich, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region.
He received inquiries regarding the use of vouchers "Imushchestvo", mobile network quality, connection to electric heating, access roads to cemeteries, road maintenance, establishment of an additional bus stop, as well as the processing of documentation for a house and a land plot.
Vladimir Iosifovich thoroughly examined each situation and took the issues under his personal control. He noted that problem resolution should be approached not only from a legal standpoint but also with a humane perspective.
