UP "Vitebskoblgaz" informs that, in connection with the phased transition of gas supply organizations to the calculation of fees for gas supply services within the unified all-republican information system for accounting, calculation, and charging of fees for housing and communal services and for the use of residential premises (AIS "Raschet-ZhKU"), the payment method for consumed natural gas is being changed!

At present, payment for the gas supply service is processed in two branches of the ERIP system: the old branch — "Gas Supply" and the new branch — "Gas Supply AIS Raschet-ZhKU".

To access the old branch, log in to the "Raschet" System (ERIP), then navigate to Utility Payments — Gas Supply — select your city or district — Vitebskoblgaz — Gas Supply. Next, enter the account number (a one-digit or six-digit number) and click "Info".

If the payment data is no longer valid, and a notification regarding the need to switch to the new ERIP branch is displayed in the notes, proceed to the new ERIP branch to make the payment.

To access the new branch, log in to the "Raschet" System (ERIP), then navigate to Utility Payments — Gas Supply AIS Raschet-ZhKU — Vitebsk Region — Vitebskoblgaz — Gas Supply AIS Raschet-ZhKU. Next, enter your 13-character account number.

If you are unaware of your 13-character account number, please contact the gas supply organization to obtain this information.

Dear gas consumers, please note that payment for completed works (rendered services) is processed exclusively in the old branch.

To prevent incorrect payments, the gas supply organization requests that payments be made between the 15th and 25th of the month following the billing period.
