Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Agricultural Industry Workers Vasily Khvatik thanked grain farmers of the "Pavatsye" branch for their work under challenging conditions.
On August 6, together with Tatiana Dikanova, Chairperson of the Regional Branch Organization, we visited the Miory District and congratulated the leading workers of the harvest campaign.
The situation is challenging, particularly in the Vitebsk Region, due to weather conditions. However, the grain must be harvested! – emphasized Vasily Mikhailovich, noting the sound approach of the agricultural enterprise's management to organizing the harvesting campaign.
Members of the youth crew, Ilya Moroz and Vladislav Drabo, received gift certificates from the Republican Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Agricultural Workers. Ilya has been employed at the farm for thirteen years, while Vladislav is studying at the Belarusian State Agrarian Academy under a targeted enrollment program and will return here next year as an engineer. Mechanizer Yuri Franskevich is also among the leading workers. Although he has reached retirement age, he continues to work, providing steadfast support to the younger generation. Such difficulties do not deter the grain growers.
