Attention to economic entities!

VAT payers regarding turnover from the supply of international road freight transport services through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to the territory (from the territory) of another state, provided from 16.04.2022 to 31.12.2024 (inclusive) in that part of the specified route that begins and ends within the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and who have unjustifiably applied a VAT rate of zero (0) percent, are required to:

- no later than October 1, 2025 submit to the tax authorities tax declarations (calculations) for taxes and fees with the changes and (or) additions made;

- no later than October 20 2025 pay taxes, fees and other payments.
