Attention to property tax payers!

Property tax payment notices for 2024 will be sent to taxpayers by mail, except for those individuals who have provided their consent to receive the notice through the taxpayer's personal account.

Such consent may be provided by an individual or their representative when obtaining a user account and password, as well as by selecting options in the taxpayer's personal account.

If individuals are not registered as users of the "Taxpayer's Personal Account" service, they may obtain access to it via a login and password IN THREE WAYS:

• in person at any tax authority (a passport or residence permit in the Republic of Belarus is required);
• through the portal of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus (nalog.gov.by) using identification via the interbank identification system (IIS);
• through the portal of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus (nalog.gov.by) using identification via mobile operator numbers.
