The car rally to places of military glory 'On the Roads of War – On the Roads of Victory', dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, started at the 'Disna Frontline' memorial complex.
The route will pass through Polotsk, Novopolotsk, Nikitikha, and Shumilino.
Its organizer and initiator is Eduard Tereshko, a patriot of his native land and a resident of Dysna.
Participants include the leadership of the Miory District, Deputy of the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Anatoly Sivko, representatives of law enforcement agencies, labor collectives, and public organizations, schoolchildren from the Dysna Secondary School named after M. Kuzmin and the Yazno Secondary School, students of P. Masherau Vitebsk State University, and members of military-patriotic clubs in Polotsk and Novopolotsk.
