In Miora, the ceremonial opening of the civic initiative "Comfort Zone 'Harmony'" — a unique inclusive space for the relaxation and socialization of people with disabilities — took place.
The event was attended by Dmitry Demidov, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, Sergey Semyonichev, Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee, Valeriy Drabo, Chairman of the Miory District Council of Deputies, as well as Ekaterina Lazovskaya, Executive Director of the Vitebsk Regional Association of Local Councils of Deputies.
The project was implemented at the social rehabilitation department of the State Institution "TCSON of the Miory District" and has become a vivid example of how local initiatives can transform people's daily lives.
