The inauguration ceremony of the newly elected President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, will take place today at the Palace of Independence. It is expected to begin at 12:00.

It is planned that following the inauguration ceremony, a ceremony of the military oath of allegiance to the Belarusian people and the President of the Republic of Belarus will take place at the State Flag Square located near the Palace of Independence.
