The subsidiary municipal unitary enterprise "Capital Construction Management of Braslav District" was registered by a decision of the Braslav District Executive Committee dated May 12, 2014, in the Unified State Register under No. 300170222. - Information about the construction project: site for the construction of the facility "40-apartment residential building at Verkhnedvinskaya St., 35 in Miory". For the launch complex "residential building", a land plot selection act dated January 2022 was issued.
The objective of the project is the construction of a shared construction facility for personal, family, household, and other needs of participants that do not contradict legislation. The area of the plot is 0.122 hectares.
The number of apartments under construction in the building: one-room - 5, two-room - 30, three-room - 5.
Total apartment area – 2,370.30 sq. m., living area – 1,239.10 sq. m.
The estimated construction cost amounts to 6,610.168 thousand rubles as of the date of commencement of estimate documentation development, June 1, 2022. Construction duration – 8 months. Construction start date November 1, 2024.
The preliminary cost of one square meter of total apartment area is 2,800.00 rubles. The apartment price includes finishing works. In case of changes to the construction schedule of the facility, the cost per square meter will be adjusted taking into account the forecasted index of price growth in construction.
Characteristics of the object of shared construction: metal entrance door; PVC-profile windows; equipment: gas stove, water heater, water, gas and heat meters, toilet. Site landscaping includes recreational and utility areas, and greening.
The construction project was developed by the Novopolotsk branch of the regional state unitary design enterprise "Institute "Vitebsk Grazhdanproekt".
Construction is carried out according to individual project 57.22.
The project has been approved by the Committee on Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee and by the organizations that issued technical specifications. A positive conclusion was obtained from RUE "Gosstroyekspertiza po Vitebskoy oblasti" dated December 13, 2022, No. 1231-30/22.
Construction is being carried out by the state association "Vitebsk Construction Management", located at 33 Lenina Street, Vitebsk.
The planned commissioning date is June 30, 2025.
To conclude contracts for the creation of shared construction objects in this multi-apartment building, the following options are offered:
- 40 apartments are being constructed at the expense of the republican budget for citizens entitled to priority access to rental housing under a lease agreement for rental residential premises of the state housing fund,
After commissioning, the apartment is transferred to the ownership of the participants in the shared construction of the building.
