The event theme is "Peaceful Country: Origins and Prospects of the Belarusian Development Model".

Invited speakers were: political analyst of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS) Alexey Avdonin; chairman of the board of the Belarusian Union of Journalists, general director of the "Minsk-Novosti" agency Andrey Krivosheev; deputy chairman of the Standing Commission on Education, Culture and Science, deputy of the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Vyacheslav Danilovich.
