An outbound reception of citizens with a member of the Standing Commission of the Council of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on International Affairs and National Security, deputy of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies of the 29th convocation, and head of the institution "Vitebsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus" Sergey Nikolaevich Meleshkin will take place on July 18.
