On March 15, 1994, the Basic Law of our country was adopted. It embodies the rich historical experience and wisdom of previous generations, the moral and spiritual unity of the Belarusian people, the timeless aspiration to be an independent and strong state, as well as harmony and responsibility for the fate of the native land. The Constitution has become the foundation for the further development and prosperity of the Republic of Belarus, a guarantor of the rights and freedoms of each of us.

Our common task is to jointly honor and preserve the historical truth and spiritual values of the Belarusian people, safeguard peace on our native land, perpetuate the glorious traditions of our fathers and grandfathers, and instill in the younger generation a sense of civic duty, love, and loyalty to the Fatherland.

We are confident that the creative energy, perseverance in achieving set goals, and the daily diligent work of every district resident will make it possible to implement the boldest projects for the development of our native region.
