Meeting of the leadership with the high-potential personnel reserve
The prospective personnel reserve comprises specialists who have already demonstrated themselves as purposeful and proactive employees, possessing both the opportunity and desire for professional development, the commitment to continuously advance rather than rest on past achievements, and the potential to assume managerial positions.
The meeting was attended by specialists from various sectors: agriculture, industry and housing and communal services, the service sector and nature protection, forestry, healthcare, education, and culture.
The prospective personnel had the opportunity to get to know one another better, engaged in an open dialogue, participated in a quiz, put forward suggestions, posed questions of interest to the district administration, and received answers.
The event concluded with a rally and a flower-laying ceremony at a memorial sign honoring the liberators of Miory from German-fascist invaders, located on Lenin Square.
