The Spartakiad "Age Is No Obstacle to Sport" took place in the city of Miory.
In connection with the celebration of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the VLKSM, a district Spartakiad entitled "Age Is No Obstacle to Sport" was held at the Miory Sports Complex. The event united labor veterans, employed youth, and school students from the city of Miory in athletic competitions.
The organizers of the Spartakiad were the Ideological Work and Youth Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee, the Sports and Tourism Sector of the District Executive Committee, the District Veterans Organization, and the District Committee of the Public Association "BRSM". Cultural performances were presented by artists from the State Institution of Culture "Miory Center of Culture and Folk Arts".
The Chairman of the Miory District Council of Deputies, Valery Drabo, presented awards to the winners, thanked the teams for their active participation in the sporting events, and wished them success in achieving their set goals.
