On August 29, a district pedagogical conference took place.
The results of the district's education system for the 2022–2023 academic year have been reviewed, and development priorities for the upcoming academic year have been established.
The forum was attended by Igor Kuznetsov, Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee; Valeriy Drabo, Chairman of the Miory District Council of Deputies; Alexander Zhuk, Deputy Chairman of the Miory District Executive Committee; and Valeriy Kunashko, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of the Belarusian Union of Education and Science Workers.
An exhibition dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creativity was organized for the participants of the pedagogical conference. A presentation of school uniforms was also held.
Six young specialists arriving in the district were warmly welcomed.
Outstanding education workers were awarded certificates of honor and letters of appreciation.
Valeriy Viktorovich Kunashko congratulated the future first-graders on the start of their new academic journey and presented them with gifts.
In the new academic year, 20 educational institutions (including 11 schools) will welcome 3,831 students and 544 preschoolers.
