The opening of the new facilities was held with the participation of Alexander Subbotin, Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, Vladimir Terentyev, Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies, and Igor Brylo, Assistant to the President and Inspector for the Vitebsk Region.
Resembling a fairy-tale castle, the building meets all modern requirements and provides a high level of comfort for all young children. Indeed, the primary and main task of our State is to care for children.
In a ceremonial setting, large families and ROChS staff were presented with keys to a new 40-unit residential building.
