2. Do Not Forget to Pay on Time
On June 1, 2023, the deadline for payment of personal income tax calculated following the declaration of income received by individuals in 2022 expires. Please note that late payment of tax results in the accrual of penalties for each day of delay, as well as administrative liability.
Payment can be made through banks, postal service branches, via the ERIPI system using internet banking or mobile banking, as well as through the "Personal Account".

3. Cosmetic services: what an individual may do without state registration
Individuals operating as self-employed under the "cosmetic services" category, with payment of the unified tax or professional income tax, may provide the following services:
1) hygienic care services for the skin of the face, neck, décolleté, and scalp, including:
1.1) consultations on skin care for the face, neck, décolleté, and scalp, selection of perfumery and cosmetic products, and recommendations for their use;
1.2) cosmetic hygienic massage (manual) of the face, neck, décolleté, and scalp;
1.3) hygienic skin cleansing (manual);
1.4) cosmetic care for the skin of the face, neck, décolleté, and scalp using perfumery and cosmetic products (gels, lotions, masks, creams, etc.), including:
- cleansing;
- moisturizing;
- nourishment;
- correction of the lipid balance (for oily and dry skin);
- protection (including from UV rays, cold, environmental pollution, and occupational factors);
2) aesthetic correction of hair growth using the depilation method (wax depilation, sugaring).
Services must be provided without the use of physiotherapy equipment.

4. Cosmetic services: what an individual may not do without state registration
Examples of activities that an individual without registration as a business entity may not carry out:
- cosmetic teeth whitening,
- cosmetic installation of skybars (dental jewelry),
- tattooing, piercing, and body painting services,
- taping (application of tapes (elastic plasters) to body parts and face),
- laser, photo-epilation, electro-epilation, ELOS-epilation,
- laser rejuvenation,
- injection therapy, corrective injection therapy, mesotherapy,
- solarium services,
- cosmetic massage of other parts of the human body (excluding the face, neck, décolleté, and scalp), therapeutic massage involving special massage techniques,
- services using physiotherapy equipment.
