On May 16, Member of the Council of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Matveev held an out-of-session public reception and a “direct telephone hotline” at the City Executive Committee.

Local residents raised issues concerning the repair of the bridge over the Disna River and routine maintenance of city street roads.

Callers to the “direct telephone hotline” expressed concerns regarding payments for milk supplied by residents to the Polotsk Dairy Combine.

Detailed responses were provided to the majority of inquiries received, while several have been placed under monitoring.
