Youth employment during free time from studies
The Employment Service provides year-round employment for schoolchildren and students during their free time from studies.
Teenagers can work from the age of 14, provided that one of their parents gives consent. From the age of 16, young people make this decision independently.
The following documents are required for youth employment:
- a referral from the Employment Service;
- a passport or another identity document;
- a certificate confirming enrollment in an educational institution;
- a medical certificate of health status (Form 1 zdr/u-10);
- written consent from one of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians) for persons aged 14 to 16;
- a work record book (if available);
- an application for employment.
