Miory Regional Executive Committee
In total, the Committee plans to bring 227 unused state property assets into economic circulation in 2026 through their sale at auction.
The list includes not only properties that remained unsold previously, but also new assets being offered for the first time this year.
One of the largest and most attractive to investors is an oil products storage facility located on the outskirts of the urban-type settlement of Chashniki, in the village of Varki.
Built in 1989, the oil depot was used until 2025 for the storage of petroleum products by the state enterprise "Belorusneft-Vitebskoblnaftaprodakt".
Thirteen buildings are located on a site covering more than 8 hectares.
Railway lines connect to the facility, ensuring that upon launch of operations, the delivery of raw materials and shipment of finished products will be highly convenient.
The site is equipped with power supply networks, a water supply system, a heating network, sewage systems, a borehole, and a pumping station.
Twenty storage tanks with a combined capacity of over 5,000 cubic meters are used for petroleum product storage.
The tank farm comprises ten 75-cubic-meter tanks, four 400-cubic-meter tanks, three 200-cubic-meter tanks, and three 700-cubic-meter tanks. Additionally, there is one tank for fuel oil and four horizontal tanks for waste products.
All facilities of the oil depot are in good technical condition. The site is fenced and secured with round-the-clock surveillance.
The first auction for the sale of the oil depot is scheduled for February 27. Electronic bidding is open not only to citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, but also to foreign nationals.
In the first month of this year, the Committee held 12 successful auctions for the sale of unused state property, with the majority of lots sold at the basic unit rate (45 Belarusian rubles). This has not only enabled the integration of unused state property assets into regional development, but also replenished the state budget by more than 31,000 rubles.
