This can be done online in the thematic section "State Quality Mark" on the "KACHESVO.BEL" portal – vote.gskp.by.
The evaluation takes into account information expressiveness, harmony, rationality of form, perfection of product manufacturing and presentation, and other factors.
Each consumer may participate in the voting only once (subsequent votes will not be counted).
The State Quality Mark is awarded to food products, consumer industrial goods, and production-technical products manufactured by legal entities of the Republic of Belarus that meet the following quality criteria: safety, environmental sustainability, innovativeness, technological advancement, and aesthetic appeal.
Evaluation against the first four of these criteria is conducted by competent authorities within their respective competencies: the State Committee for Standardization, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the State Committee for Science and Technologies, and sectoral state management bodies.
The aesthetic criterion is assessed by consumers.
Please note that in 2025, amendments were introduced to the procedure and criteria for awarding the State Quality Mark to products.
Specifically, additional categories have been established where the mark cannot be awarded. The number of product types a manufacturer may submit for consideration simultaneously has been limited. The required documentation package has also been expanded.
In light of these changes, regional and Minsk City Executive Committees have submitted applications to the State Committee for Standardization (Gosstandart) for the State Quality Mark covering over 200 product types from more than 120 enterprises nationwide.
The current phase involves evaluating these products against the quality criteria, which will continue until August 1, 2025.
