The first item on the agenda of the working trip is a visit to the dairy complex and dairy farm of OJSC "Prozemele-Agro", an agro-industrial enterprise of the Chashniki district.
The purpose of the visit is to conduct a follow-up inspection of farms that were already inspected by a group of deputies at the end of February.
This year, Belarusian agricultural producers face significant tasks. They need to produce no less than 11 million tons of grain, over 9 million tons of milk, and 2 million tons of meat. For the agrarians of the Chashniki district, this is a challenging task, considering that there are more than 20 farms built in the 1960s and 1970s in the district.
Igor Sergeenko reviewed the conditions of cattle wintering at the farm, the organization of their feeding and maintenance, compliance with veterinary and sanitary regulations, and adherence to technological discipline.
In addition, the Chairman of the House of Representatives checked the condition of agricultural machinery and spoke with machine operators.
The quality of livestock housing and feed storage conditions are satisfactory. The readiness of machinery for spring field work stands at 97.3 percent, exceeding the district average.
