Zheleznodorozhny District
Representatives of JSC "Dolomit" participated in the dialogue platform "The Modern World and I" for senior students specializing in engineering. The event took place at the State Educational Institution "Vitebsk City Center for Additional Education of Children and Youth" as part of the career guidance project "PRO Future".

Pervomaysky District
Preschool institutions in the district organized thematic classes for children titled "I am a Little Citizen of Belarus".


Oktyabrsky District
Secondary School No. 29 of Vitebsk named after V.V. Pimenov hosted distinguished guests from the Public Association "Belarusian Union of Veterans of the War in Afghanistan".

Thematic events for young children were held in preschool institutions of the Oktyabrsky District.


Vitebsky District
On Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, an information session titled "The Fundamental Law of the State" was held at the Staroselskaya Children's School of Arts. This was reported in the Telegram channel "Vitebsk District. Officially".

Students familiarized themselves with the rights and duties of Belarusians with great interest.
The fundamental law was also discussed at the Vymnanskaya Basic School.

Thanks to the information digest "The Constitution – Guarantor of Belarusian Statehood", the video overview "The Constitution – A Symbol of the Era", and the media poll "The Constitution – The Fundamental Law of the Republic of Belarus", the students were introduced to the history of the emergence and development of constitutional law in our republic, as well as the structure of the Constitution and its main sections.
Lioznensky District
An All-Belarusian campaign titled "We are Citizens of Belarus" took place at the Lioznensky Military-Historical Museum. This was reported in the Telegram channel "Lioznno. Officially".



Passports and the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus were presented to the young residents of Lioznno by Sergey Shlyadnev, Chairman of the District Council of Deputies, and Sergey Dementey, Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the District Executive Committee. Commemorative gifts from the BRSM were presented to the children by Viktoria Novikova, First Secretary of the District Committee.


Additionally, Sergey Pivovarchik, Deputy Chairman of the Lioznensky District Branch of the Belarusian Party "Belaya Rus", congratulated those present on the holiday and presented party membership cards to new members of the "Belaya Rus" party.
Verkhnedvinsky District
On Constitution Day, nine students from the Verkhnedvinsk District received passports from the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Belarus at the "Sovyeiki" border outpost. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the CEC of Belarus.





"In accordance with an agreement with the State Border Committee, the CEC of Belarus has assumed patronage over the border outpost. We have visited here on multiple occasions, making it a point to extend holiday greetings. Today, a highly significant event is being held here—the issuance of passports to children reaching the age of 14. We provide them with the opportunity to experience military service firsthand, performed by the young personnel stationed here to guard the northern outpost of our nation and its borders. A border is an integral attribute of any state," stated Igor Karpenko.
Lepel District
In the Lepel District, discussions regarding Constitution Day were held in local libraries.


Shumilina District
At the district cultural center, an event entitled "Belarus in My Heart" was held. Secondary school teams from the district took part in the Spils card collection tournament "I Know Belarus". Additionally, an exhibition titled "The Fundamental Law of the Country - The Constitution" was organized.

Pavel Zagatski, Head of the Department of the District Executive Committee, extended congratulations to residents on Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus.

In a ceremonial setting, Senior Inspector of the Citizenship and Migration Group Darya Kudlaeva presented passports to 12 teenagers who had reached the age of 14.

In a ceremonial setting, 19 school students from the district were admitted to the ranks of the Public Association BRSYM.

A concert featuring children's ensembles was held at the district cultural center on the occasion of Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus.

Also today, on Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, Lyudmila Shavtsova, Chairperson of the district organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Peace Fund", presented a gift to Kirill Zhyzhov from Mikitikhi, a participant in the third stage of the republican campaign "Child of Peace – 'I Am a Citizen of the Republic of Belarus'", who had just received the most important document in his life – a passport.
Sharkovsky District
Eighth-grade students Daniil Golubev and Vladislava Rak of Secondary School No. 1 received their first passports and became full-fledged citizens of the Republic of Belarus.

Dokshitsy District
In keeping with a long-standing tradition within the framework of the All-Belarusian campaign "We Are Citizens of Belarus", young residents of the Dokshitsy District received the principal document in a ceremonial setting – a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus. This was reported in the Telegram channel "Dokshitsy.by Rodnyya Vytki".

The event took place at the District Executive Committee with the participation of Anatoly Sivko, Deputy of the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Valentina Randarevich, Chairperson of the District Council of Deputies, Oksana Polochanina, Deputy Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, and Yuri Kameneckiy, Head of the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus.


Best wishes were conveyed to the children. Each of them also received the book "I am a Citizen of the Republic of Belarus".
In Dokshitsy, a dialogue platform titled "Proud of My Country", dedicated to Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus, was held.

Chashniki District
At Kindergarten No. 2 in Novolukoml, the children became acquainted with children's rights in a game format during the session "Constitution Through Children's Eyes", and discussed the topics: "We are citizens of a great country" and "Constitution of the Republic of Belarus".

A festive event "Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus" was held in the music hall for young children in a game format.
A drawing contest titled "Constitution Through Children's Eyes" was held in the district.



Today, the children's works were presented to the attendees of the ceremonial event "The State is US!", which took place at the Chashniki Center for Culture and Folk Creativity.
At the Chashniki Center for Culture and Folk Creativity, Alexander Kosov, Chairman of the Chashniki District Council of Deputies, Sergey Galimbovsky, Prosecutor of Chashniki District, and Viktoria Zhernosek, First Secretary of the District Committee of the OO "BRSM", congratulated everyone on the state holiday.




As part of the event, a farewell ceremony for the pioneer neckerchief and the presentation of membership cards of the Youth Union took place.
Polotsk District
At the Local Lore Museum an open dialogue titled "Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus" was held with students of the Polotsk State Agrarian and Technical College.

The students were informed about the Fundamental Law of the Republic of Belarus, its structure, and the rights and duties of citizens of our country. They answered questions with interest and also familiarized themselves with the exhibition "Belarus of the 21st Century. Our Historical Choice".
Dubrovna District
Nine schoolchildren from Dubrovna District became holders of their first passports.


Rossa District
On Constitution Day, Elizaveta and Sergey registered their union.
