Miory Regional Executive Committee
On January 14, employees of JSC "Izmeritel" warmly welcomed the event, where they produce automotive and tractor electronics, automation and telematics products, and provide high-tech industrial services in demand throughout Belarus and beyond.
At this lively celebration, members of the close-knit team demonstrated that they are capable not only of working responsibly for the benefit of their homeland but also of celebrating wholeheartedly! In the production workshop, which had become an impromptu concert hall, they sang and danced along with the performers, sharing smiles and positive emotions with one another. The air was filled with an atmosphere of happiness and festivity, and eyes sparkled with joy.
Performing for the audience were Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus Jeanette, soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus Taras Pryazhyunak, and Olga Bulai.
The head of the enterprise, Vitaliy Smargunov, greeted the collective of JSC "Izmeritel".
- Our greatest asset is our staff, thanks to whom we meet all set targets. To encourage them to want to return here, we work on improving working conditions, increasing salaries, and organizing corporate events. The "Unity Marathon" helps address such important tasks as attracting new personnel to the enterprise and easing the work atmosphere. When we learned that the event would take place at our enterprise, we were inspired and proud. Employees came here with joy – this is evident from the number of people present today: around 300 in total. Unity is the key to the development of our city, enterprise, and the country as a whole. The synergy of joint work and leisure yields a much greater effect than individual efforts alone, enabling us to conquer new horizons.
- Today’s celebration won the hearts of all employees. To be honest, at first I was not sure whether I should attend the concert. But having been here, I did not regret it! I am fully in favor of such events. I have been working here for 40 years now, and this is one of the most memorable events held here. We were all inspired and united, singing and dancing together. I would like such events to take place more often here, – shared her thoughts, said Ludmila Matveeva, employee of the paint shop Ludmila Matveeva.
