Miory Regional Executive Committee
– Attention to young specialists should be paid primarily by employers and, of course, by local authorities: under what conditions a person works, what requirements are placed on them, what the working schedule is and what accountability measures exist. Everything must be proportionate.
This was stated by the Assistant to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Sergey Levkovich during an open dialogue with participants of the first stage of the regional forum of young specialists and young workers of the agro-industrial complex.
Sergey Levkovich emphasized that appropriate conditions must be created in every agricultural enterprise so that a young specialist can fully realize their potential.
– One of the objectives of such meetings is to identify gifted, talented, and proactive young people who wish to work and advance professionally. To this end, it is necessary to utilize, among other things, internships at the best farms in the region and the country, and possibly abroad. We must invest in promising individuals who want to demonstrate themselves and develop within the agricultural sector.
The closing event of today's forum for 80 young specialists from seven regions of the Dvina area took place at the precision farming training center of the agricultural enterprise "Mazolovo Gaz" of the State Unitary Enterprise "Vitebskoblgaz". Also among the speakers were Alexander Brantsevich, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Vitebskoblgaz"; Olga Gorlova, Rector of the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine; and Sergey Egorov, Chairman of the Vitebsk District Executive Committee.
The second and third stages of the forum for the western and southern districts of the Vitebsk region will take place in early next year in Postavy and Orsha.
