Today, at P. Masherov Vitebsk State University, advanced training courses have launched under the “Party School” project. Participants will be able to develop management skills, including effective communication in ideological and educational activities, as well as prepare for the 2025 electoral campaign. These and other important aspects will be covered during the training.
The event is organized by the regional branch of the Belarusian Party “Belaya Rus” together with the university’s Institute for Advanced Training.
According to Dmitry Demidov, Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies and Chairman of the regional organization of the Public Association “Belaya Rus”, the “Party School” will become a platform for learning, communication, and discussion of current issues of political development in modern conditions. He noted that in light of current political events around the world, the initiative is aimed at preparing activists for the upcoming 2025 electoral campaign, during which the Presidential elections of the Republic of Belarus will be held.
– It is extremely important to bring together activists of public associations and the party to discuss the formation of our country’s political system. This will enable engaged citizens interested in the constructive development of Belarus to unite their efforts to create a strong and independent state, he emphasized.
The Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies also noted that within the framework of the “Party School”, current challenges facing the country and its political system will be discussed. Sessions will be conducted by experts possessing the necessary knowledge, as well as activists whose ideas and opinions are of great importance for shaping the political discourse.
– Only through the exchange of views will we be able to find appropriate methods of political development that correspond to our situation and the needs of society, Dmitry Demidov added.
The Chairman of the Council of Deputies also recalled recent changes to the Constitution and the establishment of the VNS, which have become important steps in the development of the country’s political system.
– We must convey these changes to the active segment of civil society and jointly determine the structure of the political system we wish to establish, based on the will of the people and the principles of justice, — concluded Dmitry Demidov.
The Chairperson of the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Belarusian Party "Belaya Rus", Rector of P. Masherov Vitebsk State University Valentina Bogatyryova noted that this initiative – the "Party School" – is aimed at fostering socio-political awareness and cultivating the qualities of a party activist.
