The winners of the public competition for the best logo of “Slavianski Bazaar – 2023” were announced in Vitebsk.

In the city on the Dvina, the winners of the competition to create the logo for the XXXII Arts Festival "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk" have been announced.

By tradition, each new "Slavic Bazaar" features its own cornflower, that is, a corporate logo and style. This symbol appears on all city posters, adorns the main stage of the forum—the Summer Amphitheatre, "blooms" on numerous souvenirs that festival guests will later take home. This year, the Directorate of the International Arts Festival "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk" decided to experiment by announcing a public competition to create the logo for the next "cornflower" forum. The interesting proposal attracted responses from students of many specialized Belarusian higher education institutions and colleges, as well as artists and designers from Vitebsk and beyond.

Head of the Press Service of the Vitebsk Culture Center Maria Voitekhovskaya shared:

In total, more than 140 works were submitted for the evaluation of a competent jury. Each was talented, bright, and original in its own way. It was truly not easy to make a choice! We made our decision in favor of several winners at once, dividing the cash prize among them. Following active discussion, four contestants emerged as the best of the best. They are Vitebsk residents Anna Tavolzhanskaya, Elena Miklushova, and Alexander Kholstinnikov, as well as Rinat Gadzhiev, representing the agrotown of Priluki in the Minsk Region.

Very soon, they will all receive commemorative diplomas and rewards. How the competition prize fund will be distributed will become clear precisely at noon on January 12 at the "Dukhovsky Kruglik".

Since there are four victors, the festival directorate has logically assumed that the final logo of the XXXII "Slavic Bazaar" will most likely serve as a kind of reflection and continuation of all winning projects simultaneously.
