Miory Regional Executive Committee
Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are eligible for admission to the state civil service (hereinafter referred to as the civil service) in accordance with civil service legislation may participate in the competition.
Qualification requirements for competition participants:- higher professional education (preferably in law). Additional training or secondary vocational (professional-technical) education in records management is desirable;
- work experience in the civil service or a valid protocol confirming successful completion of the qualification exam;
- proficiency in the state languages of the Republic of Belarus, good knowledge of labor and civil legislation governing the civil service;
- skills in working with SMDO, the republican system for recording and processing appeals from citizens and legal entities, and the personalized accounting system;
- skills in documentation management, document archiving, control and coordination of organizational workflows;
- responsibility, self-organization, and willingness to learn.Individuals wishing to participate in the competition shall submit an application addressed to the Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, along with the following documents:- a questionnaire for admission to the civil service;
- copies of educational documents;
- a certificate from the medical consultation commission of a state healthcare institution confirming the absence (or presence) of diseases that prevent the performance of civil service duties and work with state secrets.Documents will be accepted until 09.07.2024 at the Committee on Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee (Vitebsk, 2 Hoholia St., 1st floor, reception, office No. 3) or via email to This email address is protected from spambots.
