Starting May 15, the branch "Vitebsk Heat Networks" of the State Unitary Enterprise "Vitebskenergo" will begin conducting tests at elevated temperatures, assessing heat and hydraulic losses of heat networks, and carrying out repair and preventive works on the heat networks of the regional center.

The objective of the upcoming works is preparation for the autumn-winter period of 2024-2025. In this regard, a scheduled hot water shutdown will commence in Vitebsk.

From August 19 to 31 – the "Severnaya" boiler house

Starting from the 9th, planned maintenance of the heating networks from the "Severnaya" boiler house will be carried out. In connection with this, hot water supply will be unavailable at the following facilities:

in the area of Gagarina, Keramzitovaya, Serova, Skoriny, Babushkina, Osipenko, 7-ya Surazhskaya streets, 3-ya Sadovaya, 24, 26, 30, 2-ya Sadovaya, 2, 4-ya Sadovaya, 1-ya and 2-ya Polyarnaya, 1-go Sovkhoznogo pereulka, Lyudnikova Avenue, 2 (Secondary School No. 3), 4, 10.

During the period from 9:00 on 20.08.2024 to 23:59 on 21.08.2024, hydrostatic testing of heating networks under increased pressure will be conducted.

Owners of heat consumption systems are required to carry out major repairs of heating networks, heating substations, and internal heating systems, including flushing and pressure testing of pipelines.

Heat consumption systems that have not undergone major repairs and preparation of equipment for the 2024–2025 heating season will not be permitted to operate.

During the days of heating network testing, pipeline damage cannot be ruled out, which may lead to substantial leakage of system water. During this period, we ask you to remove all valuables from basement premises.

If damage to heating networks is detected, please report it immediately by phone at 67-04-41, 67-04-14, 67-06-47.
