BRSM activists near the Marco-City business center in Vitebsk held an informational picket aimed at increasing voter electoral activity.
– Today marked the launch of the regional civic-patriotic marathon "#Yadnaki", within the framework of which a number of events are being held dedicated to the electoral campaign, youth knowledge in the field of legal information and politics. This includes not only informational picketing but also open dialogues "Youth Perspective on Elections", a legal game "The Power of Law", and a civic-patriotic campaign "Rodnae-Narodnoye". This picket is aimed at ensuring that our youth are well-versed in legal aspects and can inform others about the single voting day for voters, so that on February 25 young people will come and cast their votes for one candidate or another. We are confident that such events unite all of us, not only the youth but also the older generation. I believe that it is important for everyone to come and vote if we want to build a happy future, see beautiful cities and towns, and a peaceful and independent Belarus," noted Zhanna Naritsyna, Second Secretary of the Regional Committee of BRSM.

At the informational picket as part of the youth informational and educational project "Pashtoўka.BEL", which launched yesterday in Minsk, anyone could send a postal invitation card "Choosing the Future Together!" to their addressee.

– Pickets are being held across all regions of the Vitebsk region and the republican project "Pashtoўka.BEL" is being implemented, which aims to remind citizens of their constitutional right to vote, their civic responsibility, and the single voting day – February 25. Here you can fill out an invitation card, write to a friend, family member, or acquaintance, and send it by mail free of charge. Subsequently, correspondence will be delivered to its destination by employees of the postal service branches of RUE "Belпочта". It can be sent not only within the Vitebsk region, but also, for example, to Minsk or Brest. On the same day, the post sends invitations to addressees," added Zhanna Naritsyna.

Ilya Maltsev, Second Secretary of the BRSM City Committee, noted that a similar campaign is also taking place today in the Pervomaisky District of Vitebsk. Currently, the Youth Union is preparing informational leaflets for first-time voters. This effort is also aimed at fostering their maximum interest in the unified voting day.

Andrey Martynkevich, Polina Klimovich, and Pavel Kamlyov from Vitebsk Secondary School No. 27 informed residents about the electoral campaign. Nikita Yablokov from Vitebsk was the first to complete a promotional postal card, sending an invitation to his friend.
