Miory Regional Executive Committee

On December 7, the Committee on State Property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee organized a seminar at the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee on issues related to bringing unused and inefficiently used property into economic circulation, taking into account recent amendments to current legislation.

The seminar was attended by deputy chairmen and specialists of city and district executive committees, as well as specialists from regional management bodies overseeing state property matters.

The seminar was opened by Angelika Nikitina, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, who reminded participants of the tasks facing state authorities in improving the efficiency of state property management.

Representatives of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus also participated via videoconference.

For instance, Oksana Kraynova, Deputy Head of the Department for Working with State Property of the Main Department for Property Management, addressed problematic issues regarding the organization of work with unused and inefficiently used state property in the Vitebsk Region.

Svetlana Degterenko, Head of the Main Department for Corporate Relations, Ownership Supervision, and Share Trading, spoke about current issues concerning state participation in the management of shares in commercial enterprises.

Yuliya Varukhina, Head of the Department for Property Accounting and Utilization of the Main Department for Property Management, presented on innovations in the procedure for establishing and updating the state information resource "Unified Register of Property".

Natalia Makhnach, representative of the state enterprise "Vitebsk City Real Estate Center", spoke about the practice of bringing unused real estate objects into economic circulation and demolishing them in Vitebsk.
