At the Vitebsk Tractor Parts Plant, MTZ will launch a production line for the manufacture of axle components.

A new production line for manufacturing axle components will be launched in 2023 at the Vitebsk Plant of Tractor Spare Parts, which is part of the Minsk Tractor Works.

MTZ clarified that to accomplish this, four CNC twin-spindle turning centers are scheduled to be purchased by mid-year, along with an end-face cylindrical grinding machine, an automated welding unit, and a rotary screw compressor.

"This technology will enable the production of axle components used in tractors with a power output ranging from 50 to 100 horsepower. The line is expected to reach its full design capacity in December 2023," the press service stated.
