The Committee on Economy of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee announces the holding of a competition for investment projects of business entities for the provision of state financial support.
State financial support is provided to small business entities of the Vitebsk Region, as well as additionally to medium-sized business entities of the Orsha District of the Vitebsk Region implementing investment projects and business plans aimed at the construction, acquisition of capital structures (buildings, facilities), isolated premises and/or their repair and reconstruction, acquisition of equipment, transport vehicles, special devices and fittings, purchase of components, raw materials and materials for own production and provision of services.
State financial support is provided through the granting of:
- subsidies for partial reimbursement of interest on bank loans,
- subsidies for partial reimbursement of expenses for leasing payments under financial lease agreements.
A mandatory condition for providing state financial support on a competitive basis to business entities is the creation of new jobs.
Partial reimbursement of interest on bank loans obtained:
- in Belarusian rubles, is carried out at a rate not exceeding 0.5 of the refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus established on the date of partial interest reimbursement;
- in foreign currency – at a rate not exceeding 0.5 of the loan interest rate.
Reimbursement is made in Belarusian rubles at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of adoption of the decision on partial interest reimbursement.
Partial reimbursement of expenses for leasing payments under financial lease agreements is carried out at an amount not exceeding 0.5 of the lessor's remuneration (income).
In the event of acquisition of leased assets in foreign currency, partial reimbursement of expenses for the payment of lease payments shall be carried out in Belarusian rubles at the official exchange rate of the National Bank on the date of adoption of the decision to reimburse part of the expenses for such payments.
The acceptance of documents for participation in the tender is carried out by the Committee for Economy of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
