In a solemn ceremony, certificates of state registration were presented to the heads of the district branches of the Vitebsk region of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus", a BELTA correspondent reports.

"One of the key elements of the country's development and stability is civil society. The establishment of the "Belaya Rus" party has been a natural process. We have set up 25 regional branches and a regional party structure, and we are actively participating in the political process," said Vyacheslav Durnov, Deputy Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, during the solemn ceremony.

Certificates of state registration were presented to the heads of the regional branches of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus", established in 21 districts of the region, Novopolotsk, and three administrative districts of Vitebsk. This day was emotionally significant for everyone. "The people of Polotsk fully supported the initiative to establish this party. We are confident that our branch will continue to grow. Its core consists of members of the同名 public association, but it also includes representatives from all sectors, including healthcare, education, and industry. Requests from work collectives for meetings are already arriving, where we will explain the program and charter of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus". We are always open to dialogue," Irina Deminova, Chairperson of the Polotsk District Branch of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus", told journalists.

She also noted that members of the new party intend to assist citizens with social and other issues. For example, families eligible for assistance from "Belaya Rus" ahead of the new academic year have been identified this year. These include large families, families raising children with disabilities or special needs, and citizens belonging to low-income categories.

"This is a historic day for you and me. Our main task is to act as a unified whole," emphasized Valentina Bogatyreva, Chairperson of the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Belarusian party "Belaya Rus" and Rector of the Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov.
