3. Educational program for retraining of workers (employees):
- driver of wheeled tractors of category "D" and self-propelled machines of category "F"; "E";

 - boiler stoker, boiler operator (up to 0.07 MPa, up to 115 C), operating on solid, liquid and gaseous fuels;
- training of operators for work on modern grain cleaning and drying complexes;

      - timber loader-unloader.

4. Educational program of training courses:
- training in safe working methods for motor-powered equipment and electrical wiring.

5. Educational program of training courses on labor protection for workers engaged in mowing grass, bushes (or sawing wood).

Programs for retraining and professional development of the workforce are created strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Unified Tariff and Qualification Handbook of Works and Professions of Workers (ETKS), as well as in compliance with all norms of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

During the training, emphasis is placed on the fundamentals and requirements of fire safety and labor protection.

The main objectives of continuous vocational training for worker professions are:

• implementation of educational programs for professional development, retraining and vocational training of workers (employees);
• professional development of workers (employees) and satisfaction of their cognitive needs;
• provision of economic sectors with professional personnel of the required qualification level;
• ensuring effective employment of the population based on the balance of supply and demand in the labor market, preservation and development of professional potential and competitiveness of personnel.

      The formation of training groups is carried out in accordance with the directions of enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as based on personal applications from citizens. The final attestation of trainees is carried out in the form of a qualification examination.

Listeners who successfully pass the final certification are awarded a qualification grade in their chosen profession and receive a certificate of the established sample on the assignment of a qualification grade (class, category) for the profession.

Training is conducted both at the center's facilities and at enterprises in the city of Miory, as well as at agricultural enterprises.
Retraining and professional development of workers in agricultural and other organizations involved in the production and processing of agricultural products, as well as peasant (family) farms and organizations servicing agriculture, are carried out at the expense of the budget, while other categories of listeners are trained at their own expense.

Training and courses for all categories of listeners are conducted under agreements on the provision of paid educational services.
Annually, over 200 people obtain a new specialty, improve their qualifications, and retrain at the center, and over 8,000 listeners have done so since the center's establishment.

Working hours:

from 8:00 to 17:00, lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00,

days off: Saturday and Sunday.
