The Deputy Head of the Department of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk Region – the Chief State Forensic Medical Examiner for the Vitebsk Region will hold a "direct telephone line" and an on-site personal reception of citizens on July 28

 

On July 28, 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00, at the Miory District Executive Committee (Dzerzhinsky Street, 17, small hall), a "direct telephone line" and an on-site personal reception of citizens will be held by the Deputy Head of the Department of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations of the Republic of Belarus for the Vitebsk Region – the Chief State Forensic Medical Examiner for the Vitebsk Region, Dmitry Vasilyevich Makhan'kov.

        The competence of Dmitry Vasilyevich Makhan'kov includes issues of organizing forensic medical (psychiatric) examinations of all types, including the nature and severity of bodily harm, determination of the causes of death, biological kinship, legal capacity of citizens when donating or bequeathing, etc.
