XVII Republican Competition of Innovative Projects

The State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, with the participation of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union", and the Belarusian Innovation Fund, has announced the start of the 17th season of the country's main innovation marathon. The competition is designed to help developers make themselves known, receive professional expertise, and financial support for the implementation of their ideas.

Both organizations and individuals can apply. Projects are accepted in two categories:

"Best Innovative Project" - general track;

"Best Youth Innovative Project" - for participants under 35 years of age.

The main requirement is that the project must comply with the country's priority scientific areas and have a clear market entry strategy (commercialization).

Stages and Preparation

The organizers have prepared an educational program: participants will attend training sessions on business planning and venture investments from leading experts. After preliminary evaluation, the 40 strongest teams will advance to the finals, where they will compete for victory in an in-person defense format.

Winners will receive diplomas and cash prizes:

• 1st place (2 quotas) - 3,870 rubles.
• 2nd place (4 quotas) - 2,565 rubles.
• 3rd place (6 quotas) - 1,305 rubles.

The most promising developments among the prize-winners will receive an additional bonus - certificates for 25,695 rubles for the implementation of results and commercialization of their ideas.
